We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via our secure on-line payment processing system, provided by EWAY. Payment cards we accept are as follows. MasterCard / Visa/ Bankcard. The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid have cleared in full.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Australian Dollars. For online purchases only.
You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms please return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If the item you have received is faulty please email us at info@bdazzled.com.au or call us on 1300 880 004, with your order number and nature of the fault.
If you are returning an item to us, the cost of the return and condition of item is your responsibility plus a 10% refund handling fee.
The item(s) are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Registered/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
We will send an e-mail to you once the return has been processed.
